This is a fun little series I forget about, but the books are quick to read and interesting. To sum it up, the Sacred Bond is a group of troubled boys who get a second chance at life. They have had rough times growing up and end up in a group home together. Through the encouragement of their "house dad" John they form a bond to take care and be there for each other no matter what. I have read one book here and I think another one as well that I need to go back and find :)
In this Christian romance, war hero John Moretti sees the delinquent boys he mentors as the sons he never had, and he wants to give them every opportunity to reform. Crime victim Annie Bauer views them as dangerous threats to her elderly grandma, who lives next door to the boys’ residential school. But A Christmas Bond takes place in an inner-city neighborhood and features angst-ridden characters who aren’t typical of more lighthearted Christian fiction—they have serious problems to deal with.
